Compare GET and POST Methods of HTML Form

Compare GET and POST Methods of HTML Form

• The main difference between GET and POST is how the form data is passing.
• Both are used for passing form field values.
• All the values which is submitted by the GET method will be appended to the URL.
Where as POST method send the data with out appending the URL(hidden)
• In GET Method we can bookmark the URLs where as in POST method its not possible.
• In GET Method there is a limit for passing the data from one page to another(ie 256 characters according to w3c standards)
But in POST we can send large amount of data
• Compared to POST get is Faster
• POST is more secure than get method
• If you refresh the page , POST method shows an annoying alert box
• Some firewalls doesn't allow POST methods.
• All the informations which is passed by GET method will be stored in webserver (log file) but in POST we can not

2. Suppose Richard Stallman is attending an International Conference in FreeSoftware and Free Society , You see, all the talk are about Freedom, and Freesoftware. My question is that, a speaker presenting his freesoftware presentation in MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, How will he react???

3. At last Richard Stallman walking around the conference hall of International Conference in FreeSoftware and Free Society, He saw a Noticeboard which shows “SPEAKERS ATTERNTION PLEASE !! DON'T USE THE WORD PPT FOR YOUR PRESENTATION!! Then How will he react??

Invisible women (man) !! The dreams comes true

The researcher of Berkeley University (California) are created a new material called meta-meterial by utilizing the potential of nanotechnology. We know all of the materials we can see in nature have a positive refractive index, but the new meta-material has a negative refractive index of -0.6 for light with a wavelength of 780-nanometers. The meta-material operates in the infrared spectrum with higher frequencies, the materials that we can see is operated in smaller wavelengths.

According to the sources consequence the researchers have to miniaturize their already microscopic designs, a process at the bleeding edge of current technology. The meta-material is obtained through layers of silver, sandwiching a thin sliver of nonconducting magnesium fluoride on a glass sheet and it can capture the electromagnetic radiation and deflect it progressively. In other words the meta -material can control the light direction, making invisible the object that is behind. Practically this new material should bend the luminous waves around the object, at the same manner of a water river around a rock. An observer, in this case, should see only the light coming behind the object. So the invisibility will be a reality and not a dream in the future.
