How to Control A Relay from PIC Microcontroller - Circuit Diagram

Simply you can control a relay through Pic Microcontroller. See a simple circuit for controlling a single relay with pic 16f628. When RB5 port of pic become High the relay will operate. This Circuit works with non-latching ralays(commonly used relays are non-latching)

Nice circuit.
Thank you.
Here is a good page with lot of information regarding PIC12F675 and similar:

what is the relay are you suggested, because i m confuse about 12v is the power supply for relay while the load with 230vac..how should i choose the right relay??

supplay to relay coil is 12v because voltage rating of relay is 12v if you use 5v or 6v relay change it to 5V and 6v respectively. Lamp voltage is 230v ( 12v noted near lamp is mistake) and ac input also 230v
