Solve VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode VirtualBox Error in Ubuntu

VirtualBox Shows "VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode" VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE error message

How to solve the problem

Open a Terminal and Type the following

$sudo modprobe -r kvm_intel

and restart the Virtual Machine
